Detectives from the Collier County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) investigated a suspicious encounter involving an adolescent girl and a man on Thursday morning in Golden Gate.

The incident occurred around 8 a.m. near Green Boulevard and Heritage Circle as the girl was walking to her school bus stop. The man was described as a tall Black male with a slender build and a gold tooth. No clothing description was available.

CCSO detectives have arrested Cleannord Saintil, 41, of Naples, in connection with the encounter. He was taken into custody and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior.

The investigation remains open and active, with no arrest photo available yet. Deputies have been conducting increased patrols in the area and will continue to do so until further notice.
