Three fugitives are on the run this week as part of WINK News' Most Wanted Wednesday.

Robert Phillips, a 32-year-old with a history of 14 previous bookings, is accused of violating probation after leading troopers on a chase. He was previously convicted of fleeing, eluding, and wanton disregard for public safety.

Phillips is believed to be in Lehigh Acres, and he is being held without bond.

Hannah Wheeler, 25, was a passenger during a traffic stop when a drug canine alerted to her, leading to the discovery of drugs in her possession.

Convicted and given probation, Wheeler is now accused of violating it by leaving a court-ordered treatment program.

With nine previous arrests, including battery and obstruction, she may be in South Fort Myers or Sarasota. Wheeler is also held without bond.

Jorge Saldivar, 30, was found guilty of drug possession and unauthorized possession of a driver's license. He was given probation, which law enforcement says he violated.

Saldivar has previous arrests in Lee County and may be in Collier or Homestead.

WINK News encourages the community to help make it safer by reporting sightings of these individuals.
