Nicolas Di Felice has brought a unique blend of equestrian and beekeeper esthetics to Courrèges at Paris Fashion Week. On Tuesday, he showcased a helmet-veil silhouette as a recurring motif. Known for reviving the space-age house with a club-ready edge, Di Felice emphasized minimalism with black boots, silver wrist clasps, and sleek shades. Yet, Courrèges is never just sterile. Sex appeal pulsed beneath the surface with daring designs. Founded in the 1960s, the label's futuristic DNA remains intact. Di Felice's work fuses André Courrèges’ clarity with today’s club culture energy.
Pakistan's health minister says the country has vaccinated about 9 million adolescent girls against the virus that causes cervical cancer, as part of a continuing national campaign that has overcome early setbacks fueled by skeptics online. Health Minister Mustafa Kamal said the campaign that began Sept. 15 is aiming to vaccinate 13 million girls aged 9 to 14 against the human papillomavirus, or HPV, which causes most cervical cancers. He says it has so far achieved 70% of its goal. He said the program overcame what he said were baseless rumors spread by some parents that the vaccine could cause infertility. Kamal gave the vaccine to his own daughter live on stage in Karachi this week.

Australia has approved a world-first vaccine to protect koalas from chlamydia. This disease causes infertility and death in the endangered species. Developed by the University of the Sunshine Coast, the single-dose vaccine reduces symptoms and mortality by at least 65%. Approval means it can now be used in wildlife hospitals and in the field. Some conservationists argue resources should focus on habitat preservation. Koalas face threats from habitat loss, climate change and disease. Experts warn that without action, koalas could become extinct by 2050. The vaccine is part of a broader effort to save them.
